Summary: Check in prompt all staff excellent and very helpfull , Meals in restaurant very good quality and good value. No lift in hotel, not problem for us but maybe for some people, Great location on the lakeside.Our room was a bit basic but it was the only one available at time of booking, there are bir gger and better ones according to reception. we would gladly stay again if in the area.
