Positive: The Building, the bathtub, the furniture, the bigs rooms, all the hanging lamps, the good equipped and modern kitchen, the wardrobe

Negative: To compensate with the style of the old building and the rest of the Mobiliar and furniture; the curtains in the bedroom maybe need a a change or a little bit love, and just in my opinion, I would put the TV on the living room away (there is not TV needed)
