Here you will find old Ticinese charm that is so hard to find in the area, yet still able to relax in a well-kept and relaxed atmosphere. Since the house is on the hillside, you should not shy away from stairs. All rooms are south-facing with views of Lake Maggiore and the mountains opposite. The nearly four hundred year old house is renovated, furnished in style and can be centrally heated by a stove. The kitchen leads directly onto the south-facing terrace with views as far as Cannobio. The bedrooms and bathroom are accessible from the back of the house. The bathroom is equipped with high quality and electrically heated. In each bedroom there is a double bed (200 x 180 cm) with two mattresses (200 x 90 cm each, two blankets each with a standard size of 200 x 135 cm).
