Positive: Wonderful place very well located near Monschau and very well equipped. Perfect place for a family looking for accommodation near Hautes Fagnes.

Negative: Linen fee of 15€ per person, no coffee nor tea available. We would have liked to be offered a rate linen included since this was announced after we confirmed the reservation and when you are a family of 5 it has an impact on the budget. The owner clearly requested to vacate the place by 1000am so when with a family meaning you have to wake up very early to prepare have breakfast and shower so not that nice.

Summary: Nice place, beware:15€ fee per person plus 10am check out
