The house enjoys a quiet location in Lambrechtshagen, 5km to the west of the Hanseatic town Rostock. After visiting the town or the beach, you can enjoy nature here in the evenings, relax by the fireplace stove or sit on the south-facing terrace with a grill. We are letting out a modern and comfortable holiday house for 2-4 persons. The living space totaling around 60m² is on the first floor, comprising a living room and bedroom, a large kitchen and a modern bathroom with a shower. There are two further beds in the attic for you or your children and the living room sofa can be easily converted into a bed. A children’s travel bed can be provided free of charge. The ground floor (50m²) consists of a leisure room with a fireplace stove and a table tennis table, ideal in rainy weather.

It is about 10 minutes by car to the Baltic Sea beach at Warnemünde, as well as Rostock. The ‘Ostseepark‘ large shopping centre with a strolling mile is about 2km away. There is a local bakery. You can set out on cycle rides in all directions. Trip destinations in the area include Warnemünde (7 km), Nienhagen (5 km), Kühlungsborn (15 km), Rerik (25 km), Bad Doberan (7 km), Heiligendamm (10 km), Markgrafenheide (10 km), Graal-Müritz (30 km), Darß peninsula (35 km).
