Our holiday resort on the Baltic Sea is located in Rakow, a small village within sight of the sea. In the immediate vicinity is the Salzhaff - a sea basin enclosed by land, which can be reached in a few minutes by bike. Ideal for families, cyclists, kitesurfers or those looking for relaxation.
Rakow is very centrally located, halfway between the Baltic seaside resort of Rerik, the island of Poel and the Hanseatic city of Wismar. The most beautiful beaches can be found in Meschendorf, Kägsdorf, on the island of Poel or in nearby Rerik, all of which can also be reached by bike on good paths. In the immediate vicinity of the holiday complex is the Salzhaff, which with shallow, calm water is ideal for families with small children.
This charming apartment on 60 square meters enchants with its high wooden ceilings that rise over 5 m. It is suitable for 2 adults and 2-4 children and is located on the first floor of the holiday home. In addition to a combined living area with kitchen and large dining table, the apartments have two adjoining bedrooms for 2 people each. One of the bedrooms has a double bed (2x2m). The second separate bedroom has a large bunk bed - ideal for two children. These rooms are also provided with high wooden ceilings. From the master bedroom you can enjoy a wonderful view after waking up to the water. An extra bed is possible for two more people in an open loft bed above the living area. Access is via a ladder and is therefore not suitable for small children. The interior bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, oven, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. Meals can be taken at the large dining table with a view of the Salzhaff or in the extensive garden area with numerous terraces and seating. Smoking and animal husbandry are not permitted. WiFi is available and can be used free of charge. Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be booked or brought along.
The large garden and outdoor area offers several seating areas. These are partially covered or provided with a windbreak and can be used freely for dining, barbecuing or partying. A campfire site and charcoal grills for cozy evenings are available.
The extensive green areas, a beach volleyball court and a large sandpit with the finest Baltic Sea sand offer children space to run around and play. A small tree house and tree swings can be used. On the adjoining bike paths, the area can be explored with bikes and inline skates.
