Positive: "Eiche" apartment is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. It has all the needed kitchen facilities. The location is in the little village of Lingeringen, a bit too far from the lake and Radolfzell, so one needs a car or a bike to get there. We spent a week in July there, and only one restaurant was open (from Wednesday to Sunday). The housekeeper is a lovely young man, very helpful. We had heavy e-bikes, and he let us store them inside a house, which was very useful. The wi fi connection was available and worked without obstacles.

Negative: There was no such thing.
