Lisbeth is a colorful apartment on the 1st floor of our house and oriented to the north-east. It has access to the east balcony via the large kitchen-living room, with a view of the meandering Illach stream.
The house was built with craftsmen of the region, sustainable building materials and the latest technology 2021.
This apartment has a bedroom with double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room, so it can accommodate 3 people.
Our former farmhouse is located in a detached, quiet location in a very beautiful landscape, the Illachtal and hamlet Rudersau. This is located about 3 km north of the village center of Rottenbuch.
To our vacation apartments belongs a well-kept, large garden with countless possibilities for free play that will remind you of childhood days. Our spacious garden also includes a campfire site, a playground with swing and sandbox and cottage, as well as the path to the meandering stream Illach and invites you to linger in nature. Deck chairs, umbrellas, playground equipment, paddle boat, three grills and campfire wood are available for free use. Three sups can be rented for a daily fee. Our neighbor offers carriage rides.
Lovingly restored solid wood furniture, carpenter kitchens, solid wood floors, old wooden beams, sheep wool carpets from regional weavers shake hands and make the apartment cozy and modern. Old pictures remind of past times.
The farmhouse is 100% self-sufficient. An own water source, constructed wetland, photopholtaik with battery, geothermal energy, 2 wallboxes, 4 pedeleclade options, waste separation system, a spacious parking lot directly in front of the door round out the sustainable new construction.
A free WLAN with 1 Gigabite allows you to workation without any problems.
The TV has Netflix and Youtube ,Amazon Prime and Disney you need an access.
