You can walk to the historic center in 5 minutes, to the marina you need 10 minutes, as well as to the old fishing port with the fishing boats that run out every morning. The house offers its holiday guests 2 apartments of various sizes and equipment. Cars can be parked in front of the house in the area of the sidewalk. The apartment 1 shown here is very spacious with its approx. 83 m² and offers plenty of space for 4 people and is located in the upper or Top floor of a family home. It extends over 2 living levels (spiral staircase) and has 2 shower rooms incl. WC and hairdryer, as well as a common living and cooking area. There is also a south-facing balcony on the upper floor for sunbathing.
