The plot is a total of about 700 m² and very well maintained with terrace, lawn and perennial flowerbed.
The bedroom has a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. An extra bed for one person (child) is possible.
The modern renovated shower room and the completely newly furnished kitchen complete the overall impression.
