Summary: 5 nights. Alpina hotel Klosters. Allocated a poor tired room. 209. The balcony door was broken and insecure, even after maintenance visit. The heated towel rail in bathroom didnt work and remained so even after a maintenance visit. The television was the most complicated to operate to watch even the simplist of channels. 2 staff were required to finally explain how it operated. No hooks on back of doors anywhere to hang towels or supplied dressing gowns. Too few hangers. Bed comfortable, staff very pleasant and breakfast good. Highly over priced for the advertised 5* No apologies for our continued issues.
