From there you can reach the Brombachsee in a few minutes with a leisurely walk through the beautiful forest. In the immediate vicinity there are various leisure facilities such as outdoor pool, playground, mini golf, scoregolf etc. It is also close to shopping, restaurants and the train station of Pleinfeld (30 minutes to Nuremberg, 9 minutes to Weissenburg). The apartment is located in 1. Upstairs and has a bedroom, children's room, bathroom with toilet and shower as well as a common living and kitchen area with a cozy balcony. In the children's room, which is equipped with two beds, can be accessed via a steep staircase from the living area. The bedroom has a large double bed and a baby bed (planned by the bedroom in the small bathroom !!). In addition to the double bed in the bedroom is a sofa bed in the living room, which could serve as an extra bed for 1 small person. The new equipped kitchen includes an oven / hob, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and crockery.
