On prior request, a free shuttle service from the train station to the hotel is provided. please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance so that the free shuttle service from the train station can be arranged. the shuttle runs between 08:30 - 10:00 and 15:00 - 18:00 (november - april) and 08:30 - 10:00 and 15:00 - 19:00 (june - october). a reservation in advance is mandatory. if you travel with children, please inform the hotel in advance of their age and the number. please note that there is a service charge applied when you have your ski pass issued at the property. from 18:00, guests aged 15 years old or younger cannot access the spa. these guests must always be accompanied by an adult.
