Scharbeutz is the ideal place to enjoy the most valuable time of the year. The fine sandy beach offers ideal bathing conditions for young and old. Long walks on the beach, bike tours or inline skating on the newly designed promenade, but also ideal sports conditions for water skiing, surfing, sailing and diving. The newly designed promenade with numerous cafes, such as the 'Important' café, numerous restaurants, the well-known 'Gosch Sylt' and shops and viewing points in the middle of the dune landscape invite you to stroll or enjoy a relaxing stay.
Our exclusive apartment house is located on the fine sandy Scharbeutzer beach with direct beach access. Ideal for small children as the beach slopes gently into the water. Beach chairs and loungers as well as pedal boats can be rented on the beach. The center with shops and restaurants can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
Extras, such as a baby cot and highchairs, are included upon availability.

Our large, well-kept and flower-filled outdoor area offers you a large sun terrace, partly covered, with a barbecue area, loungers, beach chairs, tables and chairs as well as a sandpit, a play house with a children's kitchen and other games for our little guests. In the entrance area there is a selection of children's and adult books and board games for young and old to borrow free of charge, children's cassette recorders and cassettes, children's computers and a game console V-Tech V-Smile. Parking spaces are directly at the house. All of our apartments are non-smoking apartments. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed with us.
They live in the 1st Floor in a tastefully furnished combined living room with a double bed 160 cm x 200 cm .. The apartment has a chest of drawers with flat screen TV 81 cm screen size, DVD player, stereo system with CD and cassette deck, wardrobe, safe and a well-equipped new pantry kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a 2-ring ceramic hob, fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, small oven, egg cooker, toaster, kettle, coffee machine.
In our bright shower room there is a washstand with vanity unit, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror and the initial equipment of towels for our guests. Of course, the initial bed linen is included.
