It has a bright, spacious living / dining area on the ground floor with an integrated kitchen and fireplace. The kitchen directly adjacent to the open living room is modern and fully equipped. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a box spring double bed, the guest toilet and the utility room with washing machine.
Upstairs, two bedrooms with box spring double beds ensure a comfortable sleep. You have a wonderful view of the garden from the gallery that is open to the ground floor.
There is also a full bath with a large rain shower, bathtub and on the upper floor of the house.
