The Rosenhuus offers enough space for 6 people and 2 is very centrally located, with idyllic views of the old lighthouse.
The approximately 113 square meters of living space spread over an open kitchen with dining area, three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a guest toilet.
When it comes to equipment we have made a lot of emphasis on making our house suitable for allergy sufferers and toddlers. All floors on the ground floor are tiled and underfloor heating ensures a pleasant floor temperature even during the transitional periods. The soils in the 1st u 2. All windows (except the roof window in the bathroom second floor) have shutters.
