Villa Sam is a charming property completely renovated in 2014 situated in a strategic position between Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast.
The property is 200 meters from a couple of restaurants and bars, a mini market and a few shops. The town of Piano di Sorrento is at 2 km, Sorrento is at 5 km and Positano at 7 km from the property ; its particular position, it allows to visit the most famous archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum in less than 30 kilometers; In addition, you can easily visit the city of Naples, Amalfi and Ravello and the islands of Capri and Ischia; the choice is yours.
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a swimming pool , exclusively available to guests.
This beautiful property , can accommodate up to 10 people in its 4 bedrooms (4 double rooms with an extra bed to be added, if necessary). There are also 2 kitchens in the case of 2 separate families
The property is built on three levels:
On the first floor, we have the kitchen, the living room, two double bedrooms with terrace and sea view and two bathrooms, one with bath tub and the other with shower.
The second floor is connected to the first by an external staircase.
On the second floor, welcomes us stay a terrace with sea views and a comfortable second kitchen. Other two bedrooms, which also have a terrace overlooking the sea. On the floor there are also two bathrooms.The third floor consists of a large terrace on the roof, fully equipped, with magnificent view.
Private parking for 3 cars is into the property and free of charge.
Neighborhood and transport:
This fantastic area offers a wide range of services, it is well connected to other tourist resorts in the area such as: the Amalfi coast, the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, Capri, Naples, that can be reached by train, bus or ferry.
The city is mostly flat, you will find a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops and the beaches or the port can be reached on foot or comfortably by lift.

Rental Rules:
