In order to offer our guests a beautiful and high-quality temporary home, we have completely furnished and equipped the apartment. A well-designed, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer and other accessories offers everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The spacious and new bathrooms are equipped with fluffy towels and bath products. Of course, shampoo and shower gel are also available. Fine bedding, new high quality beds (a box spring bed and an Italian real wood veneered design bed with branded mattresses and slatted frames) offer your back relaxation and ensure a good night's sleep. The washing machine and dryer are located in the large storage room and make traveling with less luggage easier. The ironing board and iron are also available.
Each room is equipped with a flat screen TV. A total of 3 TVs with satellite connection are available (55 inch TV in the living room and 40 inch TV in the bedroom). In addition, our apartment has high-speed Internet via free WiFi and our own free LAN.
We would be happy to provide you with a cot on request. As parents of three children, we attach particular importance to selected materials, such as. B. Breathable baby mattress. Your children will love the lovingly furnished play area.

Our high-quality and quiet apartment is located in a two-family house completely renovated in 2017 in the popular Mainz district of Lerchenberg - in the immediate vicinity of the forest and with all the advantages of the urban infrastructure (bus lines, tram, shopping center, doctors, banks and much more.). The service road is not very busy and leads to a dead end.
Our apartment is the perfect starting point for exploring Mainz, Wiesbaden, Frankfurt, Darmstadt, Rhein-Main and Rheingau - with lots of wine, wine and again wine ... The closeness to nature invites to sporting activities or helps you to just let your mind wander and recharge your batteries.
