A dining room with a large dining table and the passage to the spacious veranda, the kitchen, the office with a desk, a historic iron stove and a piano are also located downstairs. A bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bath-shower combination and a separate toilet and a laundry room with ironing facilities and access to a furnished terrace can be found here. All rooms of this floor are - as used to - connecting room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker with ceramic hob, a fridge, washing machine, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and various sundry items, which completes the equipment. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms (1 x with double bed, 3 x single beds), a separate guest toilet, a bathroom with shower / WC and a bathroom with bath-shower combination and toilet, which belongs to the master bedroom. In the huge garden there is plenty of space to play and run and a sandbox with sand toys. The more than 100 years old manor house was extensively renovated, carefully restored and equipped with a lot of charm individually. It is individually and very quietly, in the middle of the nature reserve Wreecher lake, approx. 6 km away from the prince city Putbus, but is easy to reach on dirt roads. For the journey a car is necessary. In the vicinity there is a horse farm in Altkamp, which is about 500 m away from the Boddennaturstrand.
