Luxury villa by the sea with 2 sun terraces, garden, large roof terrace, Finnish sauna, fireplace and bathtub with sea view. The "Lighthouse" albatross villa, completed in July 2018, not only impresses with its beautiful location directly on the water, but also with the light-flooded rooms, which have been furnished with attention to detail. A large garden right on the water with beautiful planting borders on the one hand on the large sun terrace and on the other hand on the water. A hammock, a large dining table, sun loungers and a beach chair await our guests here. The panoramic glazing in the entire house offers a beautiful view of the sea and the garden.
In addition to the entrance area on the ground floor there is a storage room with a washing machine, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity and a cloakroom. An approximately 18 square meter room with a large sofa bed, desk, wardrobe, armchairs and Smart TV and Playstation 4Pro, on which 2 games are already installed.
The 43 sqm living area adjoins the entrance area. Here a cozy sofa landscape, a fireplace, a comfortable dining area and an open kitchen await our guests.
The kitchen offers extensive equipment that leaves nothing to be desired. The hob is aligned with the large panoramic window front, so that the view of the garden and the mucus outlet can also be enjoyed while cooking. A stereo system, an internet radio, a games collection for young and old and a large smart TV complete the picture. From the living area it goes to the large sun terrace, which in addition to plenty of space also offers a beach chair, a seating area and a hammock.
A staircase that leads to the first floor is integrated into the living area. From here, a large glass door leads to the south-facing terrace, which is equipped with two comfortable sun loungers. A large bedroom with two single beds (can be pushed together) and a wardrobe is located next to the large bathroom, which has a free-standing bathtub with sea view, a large walk-in shower, a double vanity, toilet and a large Finnish sauna. A small balcony can also be accessed from the bathroom, which is equipped with two chairs and a small table and also has a sea view.
The master bedroom is also on this living level. A large box spring bed right in front of the panoramic glazing with a sea view makes the dream of a vacation by the sea come true when you wake up. An armchair, smart TV and a wardrobe are also available.
From the hallway on the first floor it goes up to the large roof terrace. An electric window opens and gives access via stairs. There is a cozy lounge group and another sun lounger on the roof terrace. From here our guests have a 360 degree view of the Baltic Sea, the loop and the port of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. The sunset over Maasholm can be enjoyed here with a sundowner, as can the sunrise with a cup of freshly brewed coffee.
The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating and a ventilation system. A carport in front of the house for two cars and a storage room for bicycles are also available. The entire house has external electrical blinds and fly screens and blackout curtains are installed in all bedrooms.
We provide a basket of firewood for our guests free of charge. Four-legged friends are also very welcome in our albatross villa.
The Albatrossvilla "Leuchtturm" is part of the northern, exclusive Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. Please note that there may still be some construction work in the area. We would be happy to inform you about the current status. However, we have no information when future work will be carried out.

On the north breakwater we have our own private beach for guests in the Baltic Sea resort. There is enough space for lying, playing and bathing for young and old.
The new EDEKA store also offers a bakery and a catering area with a view of the harbor basin.
The company "Fahrrad Schmidt" supports you and your family on site for extensive tours by bike. In the southern part of the Baltic Sea resort there is an adventure golf course on an area of 2,800 square meters. Enjoy beautiful walks along the harbor promenade and take a look at the small shops in the Klabautermann house.
There is also fresh fish straight from the cutter, traditional sailing ships, canoe and boat rentals, optimist sailing courses from the Globetrotter Academy and, of course, spectacular harbor cinema.
The immediate proximity to the Weidefeld beach is approx. 3 km away (incl. Dog beach, restaurant, beach chair rental, kiosk, DLRG surveillance in summer) complete the holiday offer.
The nearest town Kappeln is a recognized Baltic Sea pub and climatic health resort with approx.10,000 inhabitants, which offers many tourist offers for sailors and beach holidaymakers. Kappeln, with its many sights, restaurants, shops and the cozy fishing harbor is only about 5 minutes away by car.
Experience a ride on the Schleiraddampfer "Schleiprincess" from the Kappelner harbor to the Schleimünde lighthouse or take a bike tour along the many beautiful bike paths along the Schlei and the Baltic Sea. Enjoy the unique natural landscape or relax on the terrace at sunrise and sunset.
House Rules / Prices:
The rental price applies to an occupancy of 4 guests. Each additional guest is charged 15.00 euros / night. A maximum occupancy of up to 6 people is possible.
Bed linen, hand, shower and tea towels can be booked for 20.00 euros / person. We also offer a sauna sheet as an option. Pets are welcome and will be charged 8.00 euros / night. On arrival, a basket of firewood is ready for you, you are welcome to purchase additional wood from us on site for 10.00 euros / sack. The use of electricity, water and heating as well as the final cleaning are included in the flat rate of 219.00 euros.
The deposit of EUR 500.00 is due with the remaining payment by bank transfer to our account. In the event of proper handover on the day of departure, the deposit will be transferred back within 5 working days. All prices include 7% VAT.
