Lovely 1 bedroom lakeside apartment on Lake Lugano. 180 degree lake views. WIFI. Satellite TV. Music system. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and boat stop. The Space: This is a wonderful lakeside property within a 5 minute walk of the ferry boat landing. The location really doesn't get any better than this and the views from the apartment are stunning. San Mamete is a lovely town, peaceful and pretty. The property itself has been furnished to a good standard and is well equipped. The apartment has wonderful high ceilings, with old structural arches framing the fabulous bay windows that look out over the lake. Bright and airy, it boasts a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and open plan living and dining area. The living area has a sofa allowing the property to sleep up to 3 guests in total. (Please note that this is not a sofa bed but guests are welcome to use the sofa should they wish to). Doors lead from the living area to a private balcony, equipped with table and chairs. This truly is the perfect spot for an aperitif or to enjoy a romantic meal watching the sun glisten on the lake waters. The owner has furnished and equipped the property to a good standard.
