A buffet gazebo on an elevated part of the rising hillside plot is accessible via paved steps and opened a wonderful view of the house away in the direction of Hagen's Wieck. On the ground floor offers a very spacious living room, a separate large kitchen and guest toilet. From the hall you enter through the large hall the comfortably furnished living area (available as an extra bed for 2 persons) at about 30² with a nice couch, a flat-screen TV and a mini stereo system to relax. The seating area in front of the fireplace allows cuddly hours before the roaring fire. The large south-facing terrace is equipped with high quality patio furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue and a beach chair. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a 4-zone ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster as well as various small inventory, which completes the excellent facilities. All rooms on this level are tiled and have heated floors, which can be set individually in each room. so you can comfortably spend your vacation in the cool season. A wireless connection is available free of charge. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a large bathroom are housed. Both bedrooms are designed with a modern laminate and each have a double bed size 1,80x2,00m and plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe. One of the bedrooms has a second flat-screen TV.
