Positive: I was skeptical of all the positive reviews but was not disappointed. I have stayed in lots of hotels, some more modern than others, often they are all style and no substance, or they simply don't meet the expectations. This hotel exceeds expectations, from the super friendly helpful staff, to the comfy bed and quiet room with adjustable temperature, great powerful shower and excellent breakfast selection with local products. Stylistically its from another era but that is definitely part of its charm and authenticity. My guess is with it being family run for generations, they have figured out what works without any nonsense and that is really rare in 2026. If you are not sure between booking this hotel or another, (as I was) then don't hesitate. I promise you wont be disappointed :)

Negative: Maybe coffee/tea facilities int the room but not really necessary as breakfast has it all!

Summary: Excellent service, comfy bed, quiet room, great breakfast selection!
