Positive: The Madonna delle Nevi family & extended family (staff) are just so nice & friendly it was just like being part of their family. The facilities are great & the spa is fabulous! The food is exceptional & well presented. The location to the ski lift & ski hire shop is super close & lovely after a long day skiing!

Summary: So good I didn’t want to leave!
