Positive: The staff was very nice, and the location of the hotel is lovely in front of a nice beach. The Room was spacious and the bathroom was impecable. Comfy bed too.

Negative: The whole water park they have attached to it, which was one of the main reasons why we booked this hotel. It felt like a free public park. It did not feel relaxing or luxurious. The amount of people there, the amount of kids yelling (the park is open to the general public and it gets really packed). The spa also seems to never have availability. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for couples or people who are looking for a relaxing get-away. The bridge connecting the hotel to the water park smelt funny, and I agree with the comments about the food. Very limited options, and the food was OK, but definitely overpriced for what it was. This is more like a 4* accommodation.

Summary: Solid but a bit disappointing
