The holiday home 'Nordstern' is located in the middle of a stylish holiday home area directly on the Baltic Sea, surrounded by a nature reserve. Enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding fields and the Baltic Sea.
The natural beach (tax free) is only about 400m away, relax here with a sunbath or walk and enjoy the unspoiled nature.
Right on your doorstep you will find the Baltic Sea Cycle Path, which invites you to bike trips to Travemünde, Boltenhagen or inland.
The high-quality and stylish thatched house is located on an approx. 700 square meter plot on which you and your children can let off steam to your heart's content. You can enjoy the sun from the first to the last minute on the surrounding terrace, and relax in the beach chair in the evening.
In the spacious garden house you have the possibility to store your bicycles and other beach utensils.
The house has a cozy living area on the ground floor with an open kitchen, a fireplace and a large LED flat screen with surround sound system. You will of course get the firewood free of charge.
Also on the ground floor you will find the second bedroom, the guest toilet and the utility room with the washing machine and the cloakroom.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with a large double bed, a sitting area and a large wardrobe. Directly opposite is the children's room with two single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a game table. Between the two rooms there is a bathroom with a bath, shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer.
The house is heated by underfloor heating, which you can control separately from each room.
