Positive: Neat and good apartment, has a kettle and a microwave. Good water pressure. No noise in the night.

Negative: The curtains don't fit the windows, it's not dark at night. Keys don't always work at the entrance. Lots of emails but lack of useful information - I didn't know what to do with keys on checkout and barely caught my train.
