Positive: The flat was clean and nicely furnished. Very modern style and comfortable. The surroundings are great and this part of the island absolutely beautiful. Very calm and great scenery.

Negative: We had the unit without view and respective reduced price in comparison to the other units. The price for the unit was fair. But the tenant uses a local agency, MZV Baabe, charging ridiculous fees for cleaning, a key safe for late arrivals and an additional fee for their general service. Adding those fees to the rent resulted in overcharging for a small flat without view. Furthermore there were not enough sleeping places. The couch was supposed to host two persons but in fact only hosted one. In approx. 70 € cleaning fee, no cleaning material for dishes was included, rags, washing up liquid, etc. missing. We had to buy those basics in a supermarket. MZV personell was not very friendly or particularly well trained to deal with customers. Especially when confronting them with above inconveniences. My criticism is only directed against MVZ Baabe.
