Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location was perfect for us, within walking distance to the old town, as well as the waterfront. The room was clean. Fabulous chocolate shops just a block away. The check-in and out are contactless, which has its pros and cons. The explanation to enter was easy. (We never saw anyone sitting at the front desk.) Check out was also easy, simply dropping off the keys in the key box on your way out. While our room was on a busy street, merely closing the windows kept the loud noises out. The bed was comfortable.

Negative: The room decor was very blah, depression era. Bland colors, with little to no decor, and somewhat depressing. We received service on Friday, but nothing on Saturday or Sunday. No spare towels or linens. One bath towel per person, one dish towel. A very high step to get into the bathtub/shower, which for some travelers may be an issue. The toiletries are very low quality: a shampoo/body wash combo, and a scrap of soap to wash your hands. I ended up buying my own shampoo and conditioner.
