Positive: Friendly helpful hotel owner and staff. Good food. Nice traditional building. Not flashy, not luxury. Just good hospitality with good clean rooms and good food. Good service too.

Negative: Ski room could be better. Heating and boot dryers would be nice. Andermatt, after all, is a ski resort. Has been for a long time.

Summary: Lovely traditional small hotel with a welcoming host.
