The estate itself had been on record since the 14th century when it still belonged to the Cistercian monastery in Bad Doberan. In addition to new inventory, the interior consists of a number of antiques that match the history of the house. A large property on the back of the house is available to all guests. Car parking spaces are available at the house. It is around 8 km to the center of Wismar and 10 km to the sandy beaches on the island of Poel. Both directions can also be easily reached via the bike paths near the house. Cranes can be seen in the surrounding fields in autumn. In the hinterland, forest and field invite you to hike.
