Unsere komfortable Ferienwohnung liegt in Kappelrodeck Ortsteil Waldulm im Ortenaukreis, im traumhaft schönen Achertal, dem Tor zum Schwarzwald. Der Ort befindet sich direkt im Dreieck zwischen Baden-Baden, Straßburg und Freudenstadt. In direkter Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche Weinberge. Der Ortskern von Kappelrodeck ist zu Fuß in ca. 25 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Der Weg führt mitten durch die Weinberge. Hier im Hauptort gibt es alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Über die Gästekarte sind alle Busse und Bahnen in der Ferienregion Schwarzwald von Pforzheim bis Basel und Karlsruhe bis Waldshut enthalten. Der nahegelegene Europapark bietet Spaß für die ganze Familie und ist mit dem Auto in ca. 45 Minuten erreichbar. Auch in den Wintermonaten bietet die Schwarzwaldhochstraße zahlreiche Ausflugsziele für Langlauf und alpine Abfahrten. Der Pkw-Stellplatz und die Erdterrasse mit Blick in die Weinberge befinden sich direkt am Haus und stehen ebenfalls kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Backofen, Kühlschrank inkl. Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeepad-Maschine, Toaster und alles was man in einer modernen Küche erwarten kann. Der ausziehbare Esstisch bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine große Dusche, Handtuchtrockner und WC. Zusätzlich steht eine Waschmaschine optional zur Verfügung. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen großen Smart TV samt XBOX und HiFi-Anlage. Das Schlafzimmer bietet neben einem großen Kleiderschrank, Kommode und Spiegel auch einen Schreibtisch.
