The holiday home "Otto" is located in a quiet residential area of the "Momsen town" Garding in the heart of the Eiderstedt peninsula. It is nevertheless very central, so that all important things can be done on foot.
The house has three bedrooms, a large living room with access to the covered south-facing terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a small daylight bathroom and an adjoining anteroom with washing machine and integrated dryer. Telephone and internet connections are of course also available. Internet access is free of charge, telephone charges may be charged separately.
In the larger bedroom there is a double bed, the two smaller bedrooms are each equipped with a single bed, a desk, a closet and a TV. The kitchen contains all electrical appliances such as a stove with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, 2 coffee machines and dishwasher.
The living room is the largest room in the house. It has a large window front and access to the south terrace. Of course there is a large TV with satellite reception, a DVD player and a video recorder (!) for rainy days. Various board games and puzzles are also available.
The house has approx. 700 m² of land, which also has a parking space and a garden shed, in which you will find a charcoal grill as well as garden furniture. The meadow on the south side is ideal for sunbathing, but can e.g. B. can also be used for grilling or playing by your children. A public playground is also only a few hundred meters away.
Dogs are welcome with us, for this we charge a surcharge of 5 € per night. Unfortunately, the space is limited, so that we can accommodate a maximum of two dogs at the same time. Please also note that the property is not completely fenced and may not be used as a dog toilet.
"Otto" is a non-smoking house. Of course, smoking is allowed on the terrace.
The property is located in a ring road, so that the street is only used by residents and is accordingly quiet.
You can also rent a bike directly from the neighbor on the back side of the property.
Please understand that we only accept bookings of at least 7 nights in the high season. If shorter "intermediate times" result from such bookings, these can of course also be booked.
Since we don't live on site ourselves, very short-term bookings are always a bit difficult. A week "lead time" is desirable.
