Our holiday home offers 160 sqm of living space on an 850 sqm plot with a beautiful garden on a gentle slope and a large, secluded terrace.
Up to three dogs are welcome to join you. The spacious terrace is fenced, so your dogs are safe.
The living area can be divided as needed: 122 sqm main apartment, or a separate one-room studio of about 38 sqm (without garden access).
Free parking is available directly at the house.

The main apartment accommodates up to four guests. It features a large bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm double bed and direct access to the bathroom with a spacious shower and WC. From the bedroom, you have direct access to the terrace.
A second, smaller bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm double bed offers its own guest toilet and access to the balcony.
The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, an inviting dining area, and a cozy, spacious living room with direct access to the terrace.
Living and dining areas, as well as the bathroom, have underfloor heating.
A highlight is the large tiled stove, providing warmth on cool evenings.
Entertainment includes a stereo system and a 65-inch satellite TV with Wi-Fi.
The terrace features rustic wooden furniture and a gas grill—perfect for enjoying sunny days.
A lockable garage for bikes and motorcycles is available on request. Washing machine and dryer can also be provided on request. A high chair and travel cot for children are available free of charge. For dogs, bowls, a dog bed, towels, and blankets are provided.
