Have you always dreamed of spending your holidays in a historic Engadine house? At the Chesa Perini-Albertini in La Punt in the Engadin, your dream will come true. Behind time-honoured walls lies our small, private "museum of local history" on the one hand and a holiday home with modern comforts on the other.
Over the past few years, we have renovated, refurbished and decorated our house with great attention to detail, respect for history and a love of contemporary design. Up to 7 people can spend cosy, relaxing holidays in a very special ambience on 200 square metres. Our private "museum of local history" as part of the Chesa Perini Albertini invites you on a journey into the past of the Engadine and La Punt. It is there to marvel at and experience history, but not to live in and use.

- Ground floor: our museum of local history welcomes you directly on the ground floor, where you will also find a cloakroom and a WC
- 1st floor: large open-plan living room with access to the dining area (table for 10 people) and kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso machine, a historic Swiss stone pine parlour with space for 4 people, a double room with two single beds
- 2nd floor another living room or playroom with sofa, TV, video, DVD, for cosy relaxation, a double room with double bed, a triple room with a double bed and a single bed
- Bathrooms: two bathrooms with daylight, equipped with WC and shower, the bathroom on the 2nd floor also has a bathtub, the WC is separate
All bedrooms have a spacious wardrobe. The house also has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a ski room and a garden.
Excursion possibilities: These mountains. These lakes. This light! On 580 kilometres of hiking trails across all mountains or by mountain bike on 400 kilometres of enjoyable trails: the Upper Engadine offers a first-class network of hiking trails and mountain bike trails amidst the pristine mountain world and the inspiring Upper Engadine lake district. The four flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The expanse of the inspiring high valley can be experienced in a particularly impressive way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And in addition to the wide range of sporting activities on offer, there are also first-class cultural attractions such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages.
In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen lakes of the Upper Engadine sparkle with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl. Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or sledge down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
