The villa offers access to a large and lush intimate but shared garden with sun loungers, as well as open-air dining to just kick back and relax with loved ones amidst stunning nature sceneries. Inside, the villa features 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and a well-equipped kitchen for a totally hassle-free. One of the living rooms also features a fireplace for an ambient evening with wine and good conversations. On the ground floor there is a small studio that sometimes might be occupied by private guests of the owner, max 2 guests. These guests will have the same entrance and use the corridor on the ground floor to go to the bathroom. They also might use the garden. The owner is living next door, same main entrance, and using the terrace next to the client one.
The owner lives in a part of the Villa, has the same main entrance and has a terrace outside, next the one of the guest. She would love to welcome the guests when she is there.
