This cosy and quietly situated holiday apartment is in the attic of a detached two-family house in the tranquil little community of Waase.
The loggia is a room integrated into the living room that is accessed through a balcony door and is almost entirely glazed all around. A large external window with sliding doors gives this room a balcony-like atmosphere, enhanced by the garden furniture. Depending on the wind and weather, you can benefit from a sheltered seating area with an extensive view over the island. There is a parking space on site right by the house.

You can relax here on the very comfortable leather suite with a two-seater sofa and two armchairs. A flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver anda DVD player provides entertainment in the evening. The sofa can also be used as a bed for a third and fourth guest. The kitchen enables comprehensive self-catering with a dishwasher, a four-zone ceramic hob with an oven, a microwave, a filter coffee and Tassimo capsules machine, an egg boiler, a kettle etc. You can dine together at the dining table in the living room, right in front of the loggia. There is a display cabinet with suitable glasses for a drink in the evening. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, WC and washing machine. Beds are already made on arrival and a laundry package is provided.
The little island has a diameter of about 8.5 kilometres at the longest point and is therefore ideal to explore by bicycle. The flat cycle path invites you to go on extended tours. There is a kite surfing school on the other side of the island. There are cafés, restaurants and fish gastronomy 400 metres away and the beach is 500 metres away. There are grocery shops about 2km away. The island is accessed by car over a bridge, alternatively the water taxis are an unforgettable means of transport.
