The nearest bus station (Amden village) is almost next to the house. Is a trip to the Walensee or the family ski area planned? - You can reach both areas within a few minutes by car or bus. The chair lift for the Mattstock Amden ski area or the spacious hiking area can even be reached by foot. Free parking is available. Amden is in eastern Switzerland on the northern side of the Walensee. The village offers magnificent mountain scenery but is less than an hour away from the centers of Zurich, St. Gallen, Rapperswil, or Chur.
