Exclusive, light-flooded holiday home in a class of its own! Dear guests, welcome to our summer 2012 completed apartment on Usedom in the residence on Balmer Lake. This exclusive two room apartment on 50 m2 allows you unforgettable holiday impressions in every season! Depending on your personal interest here is a sportive (golf, sailing, cycling, ..), relaxing (bordering Naturschutzgebiert, lawn, ..) or wellness holiday in the plant's own wellness oasis on 150m2 with different saunas possible. A quiet location of the apartment is given by the outer layer in the attic. Comfortable with the elevator you get to the second floor, in which our apartment is located at the south-eastern end. With great attention to detail, it is modern and comfortable. Warm colors combined with a white and walnut interior in the living and dining area convey a high degree of comfort. The floor to ceiling windows in the living room and the high air space over two floors give this apartment its unique charm. The morning sun entering through the eastern windows makes the visible rear water glisten. Curtains and blackout pleats allow an individual play with the sunlight. For air without mosquitoes fly screens are available in the living and sleeping area. In the living area, the sofa can be transformed into another sheep opportunity (140x200). For the entertainment is best provided with the flat-screen TV (Sat), Blu-Ray, or the Yamaha sound system with Ipod dock and CD drive. On the exposed balcony, which resembles a roof terrace, you can enjoy the sun from late morning until sunset. A beautiful place with partial water views to start the day or end with a glass of wine. Adjacent to the living and dining area is the fully equipped kitchen with modern brand appliances in stainless steel look.
