The holiday apartment was renovated in 2007 and is furnished in a rustic, functional and typical country style. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac road. Also due to the view over woods from the property and its quiet, sunny and secluded hillside location at the edge of the forest the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: children's playground, swing, sandpit, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and campfire site. Community terrace.

The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. On the property is the forester's house, which offers accommodation for 60 guests. The apartments are located separately in an outbuilding. The holiday flats SAX EZG 001 and SAX EZG 003 are on the 1st floor and the holiday flats SAX EZG 002 and SAX EZG 004 on the 2nd floor, each for 2-4 people. From the house you look at place Sayda and the Ore Mountains. Access is via a field or forest track (asphalted, length 600 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 20 cars) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.
