Modern apartment with balcony where to enjoy a wonderful view over the rooftops of Bologna's old town.
The apartment, situated on the second floor of a building with a lift, is very cosy. The entrance opens to the living area furnished with a large sofa bed, perfect for two extra guests, and a lovely balcony where to relax enjoying the view over the typical rooftops of Bologna's old town. The kitchenette, recently renovated, is provided with every tool needed, coming also with a microwave and a dishwasher. The bedroom, bright and tastefully furnished, is decorated with a coloured wall in yellow shades and comes with a queen size bed, a reading desk and a brand new smart TV with access to Netflix. The bathroom is fitted with new fixtures, a shower in tempered glass and a washing machine.
*The city centre is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.
